REBECCA MOLINA
EDINBURG – Rebecca Molina, 73, died Saturday, April 8, 2017, at Edinburg Regional Medical Center. Rebecca graduated from the University of Texas Pan American with master’s degree and worked for the ECISD as an educator and curriculum assistant before she retired.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Rosendo and Juanita Rosas; and a daughter, Ruth Denise McIntyre.
Rebecca is survived by her husband, Reynaldo Molina Sr. of Edinburg; five children Lillian (Brian) Savoy of Olathe, KS, Manuel Molina, Reynaldo Molina Jr., Victoria Molina (Javier Lopez), Richard (Dalia) Molina, all of Edinburg; 18 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; five sisters; a brother; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 9 p.m., with a 7 p.m. rosary Monday, April 10, 2017, at Memorial Funeral Home, 208 E. Canton in Edinburg. Funeral mass will take place at 1 p.m. Tuesday, April 11, 2017, St. Joseph Catholic Church in Edinburg. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park in Edinburg.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home of Edinburg.
