PAULINE MARTINEZ
PHARR – Pauline Martinez, 51, died Saturday, January 7, 2017, at Comfort House in McAllen.
Born in McAllen, Pauline had lived in Pharr all of her life.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Severo De Leon, Jr.; her parents, Francisco and Mercedes Martinez; and a brother, Esteban Martinez.
Pauline is survived by a son, Cochey Lee (Vallerie) Cantu of California; five siblings, Betty (Alfredo) Valle of Harlingen, Mary Frances (+Eddie) Trevino of Alamo, Monica (Nicolas Sr.) De Hoyos of Pharr, Tony (Shelly) Martinez of Wichita, Kansas, Amanda Martinez (Julio O’Valle) of Pharr; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 9 p.m., with a 7 p.m. rosary today, January 10, 2017, at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan. Cremation will take place at Memorial Cremation Center in Edinburg.
The family would life to give special thanks to the staff of Comfort House and Renaissance Hospice.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Comfort House, 617 W. Dallas Ave., McAllen, TX 78501.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
